Catalonia will be the World Region of Gastronomy in 2025. To engage our target audience—restaurateurs, producers, and the gastronomic tourism sector—we developed a pre-launch communication campaign designed to motivate them to participate in this exciting upcoming event.

This campaign aimed to make everyone feel recognized and valued, highlighting their contributions to promoting Catalan gastronomy worldwide. The presentation event featured esteemed figures such as Ferran Adrià, Joan Roca, Toni Massanès, and Cristina Jolonch as ambassadors.

Crafting the #CWRG25 Manifesto

I was part of the executive team that drafted the campaign manifesto, highlighting the core values that will define Catalonia globally: excellence, regenerative tourism, culture, internationalization, innovation, and sustainability. This manifesto underscores Catalonia's commitment to high-quality gastronomy while promoting a tourism model that benefits local communities and the environment, positioning the region as a leading destination for culinary excellence in 2025 and beyond.
